1-1 Coaching

In today’s complex and fast-paced work environments, coaching offers a highly effective space for leaders to reflect, reframe and refocus. It supports both performance and wellbeing by providing a dedicated, structured environment where individuals can explore their own challenges, aspirations and ideas and arrive at meaningful, actionable solutions.

Unlike mentoring or consultancy, coaching doesn’t involve giving advice or offering expertise. Instead, the coach works alongside you to create a space for open thinking and self-directed learning. Through powerful questions, active listening, and appropriate challenge, coaching helps unlock insight and momentum - building clarity, confidence and capacity in your role.

Whether you're navigating a transition, stuck in a pattern of overwork, or ready to grow your leadership in new directions, coaching can provide both the support and the stretch you need.

Start with a free exploratory session to discuss your needs and goals and to see if coaching could be a good fit for you or your team.

“The coaching process involves partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential.”

Group Coaching for New and Emerging Leaders

A group coaching programme for those in the first two years of leadership

If you're new to leadership, the early years can be as energising as they are overwhelming. This group coaching programme offers a supportive, structured space to pause, reflect and grow alongside others on a similar path. It is designed to help early-stage leaders build confidence, enhance their decision-making, and strengthen their wellbeing as they adjust to the demands of leadership.

Over the course of six 90-minute monthly sessions, you’ll connect and take part in growth-oriented coaching conversations with a small cohort of peers. Together, you’ll explore key challenges, share diverse perspectives, and develop new ways of thinking, doing and leading.

You’ll gain:

  • Greater clarity around the issues you're facing in your role

  • A sense of connection and reduced isolation

  • New perspectives and shared learning from others' experiences

  • Practical tools for thinking, communicating and leading to support performance in your new role

  • Structured time and space to support your personal and professional wellbeing

New groups start throughout the year — get in touch to find out more.

“Coaching is often cited as the most important source of support and challenge for new heads, helping push them to new levels of self-awareness and confidence”
